Shipping

We ship via STANDARD GROUND, please allow 5-10 business days for home delivery, in addition, to order processing time which will vary by product. We only ship to continental US ONLY. Your order must include a home or business address, we do not ship to PO BOXES. 

Return Policy

We will only accept undamaged or unused items for returns. All items may be returned within 5 days of receipt of item. Refunds will be returned after items are examined and deemed returnable. Please allow 5 days for refund to be applied to your payment method. 

Order Cancellations

You may cancel the entire order within 45 minutes of placing the order. Once the 45-minute window has passed, the order cannot be canceled.  If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our returns policy.

Damaged Tool Policy

There is a 30-day window from date of purchase to report a damaged RollHammer PRO or MAX. Damage must occur during normal use. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis, and based on our investigation, we may be able to replace certain damaged parts if damage is reported within 30 days of purchase. There will be no parts replacements after 30 days of purchase. 

Backorder or Out-of-Stock Items

We will do our best to keep items stocked. If your item is backordered or out-of-stock, we will not charge you until item is in stock and ships to your delivery address.

Rentals

We ensure that tools work properly before it leaves our warehouse. If you experience issues while completing your project, simply email us at cuastomerservice@therollhammer.com with order number and issue. You are not responsible for repair costs that occurred during normal tool usage.
